Belize Discipleship

Meet the Cook family: Brad, LeAnne, Jackson, and Addison Reese.

Currently residing in Lenoir, North Carolina, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, I, Brad, am a retired Army Scout Helicopter pilot, and LeAnne served as an Army Staff Sergeant and Logistician. Our paths converged in 2003 during our service, shaping our diverse roots: if asked where we are from, I'd say Mississippi, LeAnne would claim Oregon, Jack's heart belongs to Hawaii, and Addi (known affectionately as Reese) would declare Alaska as her home.

Currently, LeAnne is dedicated to her work with Compassion International. As a family, we are deeply involved in our local community at NewSong Church in Lenoir. Addi and I lend our gifts to the Praise Team, Jackson contributes his skills to the AV/Production team, while LeAnne leads both the Welcome ministry and Room @ The Table, our outreach program supporting the hungry.

Our journey toward Belize began with a divine spark of love and calling. Before setting foot there, we felt drawn to its people and its needs. We see it as a profound blessing to heed the Lord's call to serve in Belize, and we invite you to share in this blessing through your prayers and support. With the grace of God, our family will be relocating to Belize in May 2024.
