Our Story

From 2006 to 2019, God granted the opportunity for us to work with Kempsville Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. There, our family grew to six and became the Zittle Zoo! While at KBC, the Lord stirred in our hearts a call to missions. KBC cultivated that stirring in our hearts by providing so many mission opportunities to the local community, state, nation and throughout the entire world. In the fall of 2018, we saw an opportunity to connect with the country of Belize through Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus. God used a short trip to Belize to show us that the entire Zittle Zoo was needed on the ground to help share the gospel. When we shared this calling with our church family in the Spring of 2019, God started preparing every little detail and supplying every possible need.

The Zittle Zoo landed in Belize at the end of August of 2019! We are so grateful to both our prayer and financial supporters, who have helped us along the way. God has been so faithful in immersing us in the culture here, making friends, and reaching out to our neighbors. We attend Crossing Community Church in Hope Creek, where Tim preaches each Sunday. We love doing life with the locals, helping with KK4Jesus medical clinics every 90 days, and assisting mission teams when they come from the states! Our heart is to make disciples in Stann Creek district through various small groups, and we pray God works in and through us to have an eternal impact on this community for His glory in the days and years ahead. Our hope is that you would join us as we continue to reach out to the people of Belize with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

At Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus we believe in transparency and responsible stewardship of your generous gift. In cases where donations exceed what is needed, or rare instances where local conditions and needs require it, Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus may redirect funds to our other programs to help educating, equipping and empowering children, families and communities in our ministry area.

As required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus has exclusive legal control over this donation on receipt.
